How we can work together

Pilates can transform your posture and your overall wellbeing.

Developed by Joseph Pilates using the fundamentals of Alignment, Breathing, and Concentration (the ABCs), Pilates (originally called Contrology) helps improve our overall physical health and wellbeing.

How Pilates differs from other exercises is that it concentrates on the innate natural movement of our body. It helps our body return to how it was originally designed to function. Through a series of sessions, old habits of bad posture, misalignment, restricted movement, and even pain can be incredibly improved.

What’s wonderful about Pilates is that it offers a foundation of increased strength, mobility, and stability, which supports all other exercise you love to enjoy. With a foundation in Pilates, you will see your yoga, swimming, running, even golf improve.

I was born with Scoliosis (a curvature of the spine) and suffered through immense pain throughout my life. Through Pilates, my pain has mostly disappeared and my mobility has greatly improved.

I want the same for you, I want you to experience unrestricted and painless movement. I want you to be able to run free, improve your stability and flexibilty, and even bring your golf game up to scratch.

I have been trained and certified through Body Control Pilates, the leaders in Pilates education, who developed the education criteria for UK & EU Pilates certification.

I offer 1:1 sessions, group sessions up to 12 people, and retreats, which all can also be paired with coaching if you’d like.
